I wasn't expecting frozen fish. Frozen fish can be purchased from Iceland for fraction of the prices that you charge. I did write a complaint about the way you present your products on your site which gives the impression that the fish is fresh.

Fish arrived 2 days later than promised. Totally defrosted A’s they’d been delayed for two days during the hottest weather we’ve had in ages. Totally useless and unsafe to eat. I should have heeded the warnings from other reviews I’ve read about you. We eat a lot of fish and your promised service, if it had worked, would be something we’d make a lot of use of. But we won’t be ordering again.

I ordered two separate orders. First one was great- actually amazing, second delivery was thrown over our gate which damaged the quality of tuna. Very disappointed with the delivery service. I ordered for a party and had no time to reorder.

Unfortunately, I threw all the fish in the trash! Because when it thawed I found it old. It really didn't smell bad, but all the meat fell off the bones when we washed it. It was a very unpleasant experience, money paid for something I had to throw away. I will never buy from the Fish Society again!

The crab looked and smelled weird on arrival. I reached out to the company (both customer service and the order confirmation email addresses). I got no response whatsoever. Bad experience. Bad customer service. Waste of money.

Very disappointed again ordered once before and bloaters where awful and one went in bin. But gave you another try but just as disappointed this time so will not be odering again.

Terrible service. All items arrived completely defrosted and at room temperature. No apology from the company. Had to fight to even get a refund. AVOID.

Prawns were listed as de-veined but mid meal I realised that this was in fact untrue. What's worse than finding a poo sack in your prawns ? Finding half of one.... Needless to say no-one wanted to finish any of the seafood and it all went in the bin. Fish Society claimed website was out of date due to new supplier and their response to my complaint was poor and dismissive.

We apologized for this oversight. Our intention was not to dismiss the matter. The necessary amendments were made immediately. In our email exchange we explained that we had recently changed our supplier and due to a large increase in sales over the past few months, updating the product description was overlooked. We made a full refund for the offending prawns as soon as we received your initial email

Have ordered twice now and still havent got what I wanted as first order was cancelled due to Corona virus and my location and second time was sent the wrong product so I am reluctant to try again. Was refunded for the product ordered plus an additional £7.20 Considering the cost of the postage this is quite puny and still didnt get what I ordered. Having paid the quite hefty delivery fee I would have expected the ordered goods to be supplied.

We are sorry to hear that you're experience with The Fish Society has been disappointing William. It sounds like you must be located in a remote area which would explain why the shipping costs are high.

I've bought froim here many time using paypal (easy). Now the idiots want to force me to create an account. So I do and in the process it loses everything in my basket. Fish society, let Paypal do the work and sack your idiot marketing department.
