I have always used king crab.co.uk. Better crabs and the cost was far less. Cause they are shut now tried you guys. Quantities were disappointing. We weighed them after defrosting and realised I was paying for ice in weight.

Two nights with courier proved problematic. Fish was defrosted. Thanks for £16 refund on £59 outlay. I cookedvtge scampi and had an extremely bad stomach. The rest was binned..

I wonder about your reviews. As soon as a bad review appears, a number of glowing reviews appear. Sorry, I think the quality of the fish delivered is poor.

Cod fillets that arrived today didn't taste fishy. Perhaps not fresh. Dover sole ordered a few weeks ago was very disappointing also. Sorry, I will not be buying any more. Supermarket counter fish tastes fresher.

My crab arrived thawed,full of water from where they had been frozen. there was no way i could eat two crabs at once, i did phone your office and the lady said they would be ok to refreeze, but especially with fish one has to be careful so I threw 1 away but ate the other, i won't be ordering crab again

Was given £30 refund for inedible squid and prawns. Shame as we used you in the past and the fish was excellent

I ordered scallops with coral and received scallops without coral. Your website is full of bugs (clicking "delivery information" takes you back to the homepage) and it's not clear that you're only offering courier delivery at the moment. I understand WHY you're only offering it, but you need to add some messaging to explain that, because I got all the way to the checkout thinking Royal Mail was an option. I called for information and the woman I spoke to was rude and dismissive.

Delivery was fine , on time etc. However when we used the mussels 90% of the shells were either open or smashed. Given the transit packaging which was good and in damages this must have happened before shipping. I will not be ordering again. John

Not happy. Ordered sea urchin. The plastic seal was broken, the sea urchin was defrosted and when we ate it in the day it arrived it was tangy. Not good at all. Il

I’d like for someone to contact me about my order of softshell crabs, they’re small, they were damaged and, very poor quality. I have photos, but would like to speak to someone about a refund or replacement.

When I placed my order I didn't expect it to come frozen. When it arrived I left the smoked herrings to defrost and unfortunately after that the fish was so soggy and didn't taste nice at all. Not a great experience unfortunately and I wouldn't order again.

We do state very clearly on each product page if the fish is frozen or ambient. Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our fish Amal.

Sadly the delivery was incredibly late and the fish had already defrosted - had to get a full refund

Ok so I got the clearance box for £10 + £7.50 p & p. Was extremely disappointed to get just 2 fish pies! Would have hoped for 2 or 3 pieces of actual fish!
