Your website is a mess and you sent the order confirmation to the wrong person, spoiling the surprise. I didn't receive a confirmation text like the website said I should have. The order was sent on the wrong day so nobody was at home to receive it. There was an entire day when nobody answered your phones. I rearranged for the order to be sent again and the second time it wasn't sent at all. I was illegally signed up for endless marketing emails without consent. There was no tracking information provided and no communication at all unless I phoned customer service.

I ordered 3 caviars to give my daughter a special treat for her q8th birthday. 2 out of the 3 were expired. I received a refund for the wrong amount which I had to chase. Terrible experience.

First time customer, first time ordering. Never again. Order date changed, then not even dispatched. Communication ignored. Called and offered refund. Then had to call back as the refund was incorrect. Staff couldn’t be bothered to process order and dispatched as they would rather reduce their responsibilities to enjoy sunshine.Ridiculous.

I made an order which was to be delivered on the Friday as we were having friends over for a fish supper on the Saturday. I stayed in all day on the Friday. The website had stated that if my order wasn’t delivered I should call them by 5pm that day and someone would check on the orders progress. I called the number (several times) around 4:45 and got no reply, I emailed, no reply on the Friday or over the weekend. Monday morning I called and was told “yeah, sometimes orders can slip through the gaps, it looks like no one made up your order”. This was my first time buying from this company and it is definitely the last. Disgraceful customer service and care.

Twice DPD delivered to wrong address unless alternative delivery means is sourced we ate unable to order again for fear of item not showing up

Unfortunately I did not receive my order. DPD sent a message that said order refused as name did not match. I was at home all day and they didn't come to my house. So what happens to the parcels that don't get delivered ?

I am very disappointed with the quality of my last order. I paid a premium price and expected a premium product. I have repeatedly ordered your Sashimi many times and have been very happy with the quality. However, what I received was disgusting. I might order again in the hope that it was a one-off, but you need to improve your quality check, especially if it's from a different supplier, because this is unacceptable.

Delivery not made and it took a week to get a full refund for the non delivery of the fish. Never a full apology or explanation as to why DPD claimed a closed road prevented delivery to us when locally there were no closed roads. Would not trust you to deliver in future . Plus the codes for special offers NEVER work, always dodging behind small print to exclude the order from the offered incentive. Overall VERY POOR SHOW , perhaps the top team need shipping off to the next Coldplay concert so you get a new team to run things. Couldn't do any worse without them. Good luck for your brief future.

Very disappointed. The order was incomplete and only discovered this when I took delivery of the box. Communication was then slow. Would avoid in future.
