“Being a FS member I was under the impression that delivery is before 12.00 and included in the price as it has been throughout my two years of my membership, delivery was changed to DHL from DPD, DHL dont gurentee delivery before 12.00, when I sent an email to FS the response was AI generated, the fish arrived 5,30 still frozen but the box had been severely damaged and then taped up but happily the fish was fine I would normaly give FS 4 or 5 stars but unless I am able to get morning delivery which I would happily pay for I will have to look for another supplier.”
