I use to like The Fish Society products. But my last experience was terrible!! I bought Salmon Sashimi Saku Bulk Pack (2kg) for my son's birthday party on 29/04 to be delivery on 15/05 because his birthday was on 16/05. When finally arrived my parcel, it was very light to have 2kg of Sashimi and of course it was not there. So, I called them, and they said just "sorry" it was out of stock. Why did they call me before to find other option? They have 15 days to inform me.. and if I didn't call them, probable I will not receive my refund it was £79.00!!!... in the end, I had to rush and find other option for my son's birthday part and I will not buy again from The Fish Society.

It didn't the delivery was two days late the contents were inedible because the ice blocks had defrosted

After realizing their first gains, I strongly encourage anyone making an investment with any of these Forex or binary option organizations to remove their whole money. I have experienced significant losses due to several binary option frauds. Thankfully, I found M A D A C O V I.X Y Z, and their helpful staff made sure I got my money and profit back in full. Ordered some Langestines, King Scallops and King Prawns for a special anniversary dinner. This was dispatched on the 7th May and was meant to arrive with us in Chichester on th 9th May. We stayed in all day on the 9th, as we did not know what courier was been used, we had no tracking number so couldn't have tracked had we known anyway. I emailed The Fish Society after 5pm on the 9th asking for a full refund. On the 10th I had an email from DHL stating they would deliver our order on the 10th, but no time slot given. I had an email back from the Fish Society apologising for the delay but our order SHOULD still be OK as even if the items had defrosted we could refreeze them..... I booked an anniversary lunch for my wife and I because we had been let down. Whilst we were out, at 1300hrs, the package was left by some plant pots in the full sun. It was 22° and this package stayed there until we returned at 1600hrs. I opened the package, which was already smelling quite fishy, prior to opening. All the dry ice had gone. The items were just about chilled at the most. This package had been on the road for 4 days (To travel 38 miles), then left in the full sun for 3 hours and Customer Services tell me it's OK to refreeze these items......terrible.... Photos taken, but couldn't be uploaded.

Quite average. Waitrose no 1 superior.All the prawns stuck in one area. Fish scarce taste very ordinary. No sparkle. Very expensive with carriage charge. See you.

Good afternoon We do offer free weekday delivery on orders of £60 or more to non remote postcodes. Regrettably the delivery charge for orders under £20 is quite expensive. Kind regards The Fish Society
