Poor after sale items missing but my fault and charged £50 I spent inn food.whoever Kim is the attitude onn reply are ridiculous. Customer is always right. Nit in this case ,never use again

Good afternoon Shaun This order #771431 was for £34.40 worth of fish and was correctly delivered by DPD on the specified delivery date. It would appear there has been some confusion and are unsure of the problem. Kind regards The Fish Society

You didn't make me happy in fact the apposite, you cancelled my order the night before it was due to be delivered because, in your words, a technical glitch. Little comfort for my dinner plans!!!!!

I paid for fish then they told me the fish had been delivered but it wasn’t where they said it was so I phoned them up to complain so they said we will get it to you tomorrow so I told them my address because I noticed that the delivery details where that of my post code not my flat number so they where wrong and I pointed this out to them so they said it was not a problem then the next day they said it was here but it wasn’t so I contacted them and they told me they could not help me I was not going to receive my order ever and they stole my money the whole thing was all there fault I am very hurt by the way I have been treated I believe it must be against the law they don’t care 🥴

Good afternoon David This is a really unfortunate situation. Your order was due for delivery on the Saturday but it couldn't be delivered because the address you submitted was incomplete. Our emails are not manned over the weekend and by the time we saw your email about the error it was too late to do anything about it. The couriers can only go by the address provided on the order so as the house/flat number was missing from the first line of your address, it made it impossible for them to deliver your order successfully. The quality of the languostines was so poor that I have been put off buying them again . Most of them tasted off and a few black in colour. They certainly are not wild caught as described. are a cheap brand you can buy online for a third of what The Fish Society charge. Even an endorsement from Gordon Ramsey will not convince to make further purchases from the Fish Society.

Nothing, the order did not arrive, DHL stated on their tracker the order was refused on delivery but that was a lie, we were in all day, the ring door door showed no one arrived at the stated time they said order was refused
