If I could rate 0, I will. I am really disappointed by The Fish Society. I was supposed to have my order for 23/12/22 by 1pm, ready for Christmas eve dinner and I have never received my package. No platter. No fishes. Nothing. It is impossible to contact one person from FedEx, and from your customer service either. I still don't know where is my package. Very disappointed.

I have to leave one star to write this review - the service actually deserves no star. My Christmas Delivery via DPD for the 22nd December, 2022 failed to arrive - replacement order for the 24th December, 2022 also via DPD failed to arrive. Am leaving this 'review' on Christmas Day! Have requested a full refund by email and subject to receiving a full repayment sincerely hope that I won't be dealing with The Fish Society ever again.

Sadly… lobster and prawns never arrived. Fedex say everything was delivered and my house cameras tell me they never arrived at all. Extremely disappointed as my first experience. Won’t be using you again. You need to reconsider your couriers.

We trust your full refund was received okay and we’re sincerely sorry for the issues with your delivery. Regrettably the severe delays across all courier networks up and down the country are simply out of our control and we have done our absolute best to manage an incredibly challenging situation. We endeavor to do the best for our customers via replacements or refunds and find it hard to understand what more can be expected from us under these circumstances.

Tuna Maguro Saku Block - looks off, unhealthy, not “ Sashimi Grade” at all. “Salmon Belly Sashimi Grade Thick Strip “ was a poorly cut uneven curvy lump of salmon, not at all what was advertised. Octopus slices are not “ Sashimi”, mostly broken bits and really uneven overcooked cuts of rubbish. Fish Society quality has gone downhill in a short space of time, as has their customer service which is poor now. After admitting that the product sent was not as advertised, tuna issue “happened at the point of catch” 🤢 they offered a token “ credit to my FS account “ and factored in the %15 marketing discount! I asked for a more reasonable refund to my card, to cover some of my loss, not a credit for my next purchase and Fish Society decided that it was “ case closed” with no replacement or refund for very poor quality product. Was a loyal trusting repeat customer who always paid a premium for quality sashimi. Feeling utterly betrayed, ripped off.

You used DPD for a delivery in 19th to Ravenshaw Hall Solihull. The driver delivered the parcel to Ravenshaw Cottage ~ wrong address AND wrong Postcode. But worse still ~ The DPD driver telephoned to ask directions and was told the directions BUT STILL LEFT PARCEL AT WRONG POSTCODE AND WRONG ADDRESS. DPD let you down and me too. Mike Fisher

I ordered it on Dec 10, 2022, which was supposed to be delivered on December 19, it is still in the process, I would not give any star because I did not receive it, I was disappointed with THE FISH SOCIETY I want money back for a product I didn't receive

It would have been lovely if Fish Society had been able to deliver my order. It was for a special occasion but Fish Society contacted me to say theh could not deliver by order until over a week later. Very disappointed. Yes, they refunded my charge, but that didn't make up for the disappointment. Shall think carefully before usimg again
