They didn’t. My order arrived a full day late and was defrosted on arrival. Completely dissatisfied. They say you can re freeze Every single bit of health advice I’ve had says you can’t. I used two of the fillets and gave the rest away to family. Waste of money as I am a pensioner and live alone.

I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THIS TIME ROUND WITH BOTH THE FISH SOCIETY AND ITS COURIER DPD, ..... PLEASE LOOK ABOVE, ****, .... THE COURIER DIDN'T TURN UP SATURDAY AFTERNOON WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO, .... I WAITED IN 10+ HOURS, .... SAME THING SUNDAY AFTERNOON, LOSING 5 HOURS, ..... , .... THE PARCEL EVENTUALLY ARRIVED SUNDAY EVENING!!!! .... NO MESSAGES OR PHONE CALLS WERE MADE TO ME AT ANYTIME OF MY WAITING, .... AND I COULDN'T TALK TO THEM OR TRACK MY PARCEL STATUS !!!!

I’m very disappointed as the wasn’t cleaned or perhaps the fish was already spoiled before you sent it out.

Hi Sam, we appreciate it doesn't change anything but we did apologies profusely for the issues with your delivery, regrettably errors within the DPD network are simply out of our control. We tracked this diligently and refunded you in full immediately it was clear the delivery wouldn't be made on the day requested. Apologies again, whilst delivery issues are a rare occurrence regrettably they do happen from time to time. Please advise further if you have any recommendations.

My package was sent to the wrong address, I spoke to the courier same day and they promised to call me back (which they didn’t). The matter still hasn’t been resolved.

My previous order was perfect. This one - not at all. And the birthday card was a joke - wet, misspelt with a pic of dead fish !!!

Post and packing cost nearly double the price of the ink but I was so desperate for it I had no option. And the box was huge fur such a small item.

Very disappointed with my order of lobster tails. This was my first order — and will be the last . The size was so small - so check before ordering. I did ring them up but got no joy and was told everything is on the website. Very expensive and that was with 20% discount.

Hello Bernie We can see from your order that you selected tails weighing 100g each which we class as small. We do sell larger tails but as the price reflects, they are a premium product.
