I could not believe that the lobster was full of water and mushy meat, totally ruined my new years eve.

Hello Robert We are sorry that you weren't happy but when you placed your order you gave an incomplete delivery address. There really was nothing more we could have done.

i wanted to try this fish shop and i regret it. the quality not good at all, after I defrosted the king prawns and squid, the foods varied as melted. the newly opened mussels all broken with the danger of eating the shell. I don't recommend it at all. i will go in person to buy fish in london, never again will i buy fish online.

I just received a package of smoked salmon, order no. 634765. The accompanying paperwork states Delivery 17 December. It was delivered today December 20th. If it has been hanging around in some sorting office for 2 or 3 days I am very reluctant to eat it and sorry that my sister in law’s present will be wasted.

We are sorry that your smoked salmon arrived late. Reading your review is the first we knew of it's late arrival. The original order placed by your sister-in-law had the wrong delivery address so we replaced it free of charge. Please call us on 01428 687768, we have already left a message on your mobile.

I took the time to email my dissatisfaction and got a condescending email back from the chairman with a very unsatisfactory conclusion. It's not big and it's not clever to ridicule someone's complaint, very unprofessional.

Really disappointed the muscles were broken shells the fish was a horrible colour and the clams and cockles were half defrosted the whole lot went in the bin not worth taking any chances Iand i certainly will not be buying any more

As new customer I was very disappointed in the terrine it was soggy with little whole bits of salmon and very expensive when compared to Inverawe terrine

Hello Peter reading your review was the first time that we were aware of your disappointment. We are sorry that this was not to your liking. It didn't make me happy. Yes, I know you put put the weight on there, but it's a bit like saying, ''read the terms and conditions''. Who reads them !?

We're sorry that we didn't make you happy. Against each item we sell, the weight is clearly shown. Once you placed your order you would have received an email confirmation again showing the items and weights purchased.

Parcel delivered to wrong address, contacted you, NO RESPONSE ! Same with courier. Neighbours kindly contacted me and brought it to me. No service at all!. Reluctant to use you again.
