“I place an order for 4 Hackles, but was stupid enough to get the colours wrong! However, even though the order had been despatched a quick call was all that was needed to fix the problem... "just send them back and we will replace with the correct ones". And, all of this done within 5 days! The quality is excellent, and I would certainly recommend The Feather Factory to anyone who requires a good hackle.”

“The beautiful small ostrich and Lady Amherst feathers were not adequate for my project, so I won't need to order these again in the near future. However, the sumptuous, colourful Turkey and Duck Mallard feathers blew my mind away, I have been sat up crafting, until 5.00 am every night/day since I received the package on Wednesday. The luxurious feathers come packed in easy accessible and resealable clear bags. The only thing I prevented myself from doing, was placing an order for every single colour afterwards. Lovely products and great customer service.”
