“Next day delivery on standard post was a bonus! Feathers are good quality and arrived carefully wrapped in tissue and cardboard box to save crushing@ Would order from the feather factory again!”

“The feathers are very good quality and pressed so are very straight and easy to work with. However the small bag of feathers I purchased did have lots of small dried bugs in. Otherwise fab and will definitely use again”

Hi Lily. Thanks for your review. Sorry you found some bugs. I have looked in our stocks of the feathers you purchased and I can't find any in there. If you would like to return the feathers for an exchange that will be fine also if you still have the bugs it would be interesting if you could return them so we can see what they are and identify where they have come from and prevent any more. “The colors didn't match my expectations.. I bought STRIPPED CHINCHILLA COQUE (PACK OF 10) in gold and on the computer screen it appeared more yellowish gold. Now, when I got them they are more brownish gold.”

Hi, I am sorry you were not happy with the colour. If you would like to return the feathers and exchange for something else that is fine. It can be difficult to judge colours accurately on screen as computer screens do vary when showing colour and we encourage customers to ask for samples where timescales allow.
