“Product of unbeatable quality, dispatched with exemplary speed. The one reason I cannot give five stars is that there was little choice for postage options, meaning that postage ended up costing more than the purchase.”

“All feathers turned up in good condition except for the reeves tail feather which is completely distorted and have big gaps where the bags pushed against it. Sadly it looks very poor and is not useable. Otherwise all the feathers are lovely.”

“I ordered these and they came really swiftly and were packaged well. There were loads of feathers and our finished product looks amazing. The only bad thing is that quite a few of the feathers were unusable because they were messed up. Whether that was from the bag they came in or they were just not great feathers before they went into the box I don’t know”

“great quality feathers and quick delivery. but wish you would display all the colours of the feather such as the ostrich and peacock ones. i have to return the bleached peacock ones as they don't look as good as they do online and the ostrich ones as they didn't have the colour displayed on the site but bought anyway in a rush.”

“The item's I ordered were fine. The fact I had to order 10.00 worth of stuff I didnt want because of the minimum order policy will be a deal breaker in the future. For some one just at the beginners stage of millinery you wouldn't be my go to site in the future. Sadly as your products are first class.”

I am pleased you are happy with your feathers. You should have received an email confirmation of order and also confirmation of it's dispatch. If ordering again, please check that your email address is correct on your order and also check your junk email as confirmations do sometimes get sent there.
