“The service was amazing! The assistant I spoke to on the phone was so helpful in finding the colours of feathers I wanted. She called me back when she said she would. “The product delivered (Gold Goose Quill Pen) was exactly as I expected. They were gifts for some friends at a dinner last night, and they were absolutely thrilled with them. These were people who had spent their working lives attaining senior positions in the Armed Forces, Civil Service, Veterinary and other high profile jobs. They are not easily impressed, but they were last night. Thank you.”
