“Processing of my order was super quick and ordering was easy! Love that you can use the Shop app to checkout!! Only downside (which is nothing to do with Epicentre) was the DPD delivery! 5* for you guys tho! Thank you!!!”

“When searching online for some dry bags for my upcoming holiday to Thailand I found the perfect Sea To Summit ones for sale at the best price from The Epicentre, Having visited the fantastic shop in Ambleside a few times I had no hesitation in ordering. “Had what i wanted and the online service was excellent - sadly let down by DPD who failed to deliver - loosing the package. Epicentre attempted to follow up for me but gave a prompt repayment when it was obvious it wasn't going to arrive. Would use Epicentre again and hope the couriers were of the same standard.”

“Needed a new coat for winter after my old coat gave up the ghost. Ordered on the Friday and, even though we had snow over the weekend, the coat still arrived the following Tuesday. Can't say fairer than that.”

“This is my all time favourite outdoor shop. The brands are carefully selected but what really makes this store shine so bright for me is the customer care that I experience from the staff every time I come in for something specific where I need advice. The team take time to listen with full attention, share their knowledge and expertise and have a genuine desire to find the 'best fit' for you and your needs. This was highlighted again when having my feet measured and assessed on a recent visit - thank you for the excellent service Sophie :-)”
