“A brilliant shop for premium outdoor gear and a must visit when in Ambleside. Web purchases are always processed immediately and received when advised. My most recent purchase - Scarpa Mescalito approach shoes were a bargain and significantly cheaper than all other retailers offering my size and colourway. The Lake District badge enclosed in the box was a lovely touch too. 😊”

“Bought a Patagonia R1 fleece on line from the Epicentre. Great price , speedy delivery and overall service was excellent. They do have some great deals so I digitally visit them once a week now. Would defo recommend. 🥇👍”

“We were let down by another company who’d failed to deliver in time. The Epic Centre were able to step in to the breach and save our holiday! Without the life jacket for the dog, the dog would’ve had to go to kennels last minute, and our staycation on the water wouldn’t have been the same. Great Product. Great Customer Service! 5* for sure.”
