“Have ordered a few things from epicentre. Lots of variety and quality walking gear to choose from. Everything I’ve ordered has always been fast delivery and packaged well. They do good discounts and sale items also. Have never needed to return anything, so don’t know how that process works. I will reorder again from here, their website is easy to navigate and maybe soon I’ll get down and visit their shop for a browse.”

“Disappointed with Patagonia shirt. Lovely fabric but fit poor. Tight over bust, too big on shoulders, sleeves too long. Bought size L as I am a 16 in most makes. XL would have been even less well fitting. Cost me over £7 to return. Ironically now reduced to £60 from £79. Waiting for refund.”

“Helpful information via e mail answering questions. Shame product was ridiculously small. Firstly checked what size5 equated to and was advised by Epicentre = Xs. After reading reviews, almost all said they come out small and to go up a size. This is what I did....to s, .they are still small and I am not a “large 5” so disappointed. Perhaps Epicentre need to use feedback for future customer help.”
