“Ordered an expensive Arc'teryx down jacket for my wife which arrived on time. Unfortionately the jacket wouldn't fit her and I had to send it back for a refund. I download a returns lable free of charge from The Epicentre web site and returning the coat was easy and painless. The refund was quickly made and The Epicentre kept me informed via email. Excellent service and I won't hesitate to buy from them again.”

“We ordered a medium size jacket and thought it was too big, so ordered the small. On each occasion they arrived within two days. We returned the medium size and were issued with a refund, also two days after we sent it back. Fantastic clothing and even better service..”
