“I bought a pair of Patagonia baggies which I loved but they were too big. I sent them back and I received my refund pdq 😜 I have bought many things here but usually when I’m visiting. Support indies!”

“My order was dispatched quickly & was exactly as ordered. Unfortunately I did have to return the item due to it being too big, however the returns process was seemless & I was refunded quickly. Would definitely recommend and purchase from Epicentre again in the future.”

“Order arrived very fast (ordered a Patagonia Down Sweater which is really light but still very warm and breathable). I was also able to call the actual store and actually speak to someone to check a detail and they were very friendly and helpful. Will buy again from them in future as it's nice to support independent stores that also have physical locations.”
