“As previously, The Epicentre has delivered superb customer service with efficient online order processing, excellent email communication and speedy delivery! I had called to ask a question regarding fit and could not have had a more helpful response, added to which I, sadly, did not like the colour I had ordered but a quick phone call and an alternative has been put on one side for collection and exchange. Fantastic, I shall be back!”

“Extremely helpful staff, really put effort into making sure you end up with the right product for you if you contact/need to change size. Would recommend to anyone. If other businesses took that little bit of extra time and effort, they would have more customers coming back to them so any losses for the time and effort would be negligible as more people will buy from them. Will highly recommend to everyone. Thank you for such a pleasant purchase.”

“Fast delivery, great communication and a very professional service. However after receiving the item and leaving possitive feedback (ebay purchase) i notest that the inner fleece lining on the hat had been pulled away from the outer hat, (people pulling out the stitching trying it on in the shop?) Not a big deal and now re-stitched but it would make me a little worried now if ever ordering anything of great value.”
