“Prompt delivery - next day paid for and achieved. Packaging and documentation did not allow for easy return (which was required in our case) - otherwise all good.”

“Very good store to deal with as the jacket I ordered online was too big and I was able to return it to the shop making finding a replacement a lot easier. We were also able to take our dog into the shop and we ended up buying my wife a jacket and hoodie too!”

“Have purchased in store on a number of occasions and service and products have always been good, particularly the manageress, she's always informative, honest and interesting to chat with. Bought an Icebresker product online. Regular emails letting me know order acknowledged, then delivered direct from supplier and date of delivery. Service and product at Epicentre were faultless.”
