“Wrong size trousers shipped, not Epicentre's fault but Mountain Equipment - tag and label failed to match. A quick call and it was all sorted out, the right size put aside for me and assured that they'd cover the return postage I had to pay. My correctly fitting trousers were with me three days later. Customer service how it should be.”

“I found the osprey rucksack I wanted on Epicentre's website at a sale price. I had one or two questions so telephoned for advice. Their response was exceptional dealing well with my questions and offering advice on rucksack adjustment as well as reassuring me of a full refund if not suitable. The rucksack arrived, well wrapped, and very quickly. I was so impressed with the service I will now keep the Epicentre website on my favourites.”

“Rang the shop for some advice on Scarpa boot sizing before ordering a pair of Rebel Lites. Boots arrived very quickly and sizing was exactly as I had been advised. Unfortunately the boots were not as stiff as I hoped so I returned them. Received an email the day after saying that my money had been reimbursed. Great advise, great service, will use Epicentre again.”
