“Fantastic service from The Epicentre. Goods arrived next day (quicker than expected). I ordered a jacket in two sizes and kept one. The return process was easy and the refund was almost immediate. There are a great range of products online. I purchased a Patagonia Nano Puff Jacket which is superb. Extremely comfortable, lightweight and warm - I love it. The Epicentre is one of my go to stores for outdoor gear.”

“I had a problem with my Mammut Saupen boots (one of the lace hooks fell off which isn’t their fault) I took them back to the shop in Ambleside and showed them the boots. The team were very nice and filled out a form whilst we were there with our details. They took the boots and gave them straight to their warranty team who emailed me promptly that they had contacted Mammut. They then contacted me about a week later and confirmed that I have got a refund. The money was sent then and there and it was received about 12 hours after. Over all they have great customer service in shop and on their warranty team. Thank you very much epicentre for being great!!”

“I had called into the store in the Cotswolds and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . I'd seen an item that was a potential Christmas gift . I subsequently ordered it via the website and I was kept well informed as to its tracking and delivery date. It arrived well packaged . It was disappointing to see the item drop in price by 20% in the sale, but that's typical and it was my decision to purchase prior to Christmas, but I'd wait next time and see what's going on . I'd certainly buy from this company again”
