“Bought kknekki hair bands - which was great for a start as the official site has a minimum spend on it that is more than anyone should ever spend on hair bands. When they arrived the box and bag had got squashed in transit so I emailed without much hope tbh - and they sent out a new box and gift bag immediately. I was really grateful as it is a Christmas gift. So it’s a big thank you from me.”
