“You continually chased me with wrong information about the expiry date of my son's previous bike policy. Which concluded with the fact that whilst on holiday, I received a communication stating that the policy had expired three days previous. In a panic, thinking that my son was riding a bike without cover, I incorrectly took out a new policy a month before the old policy actually ran out !! Not happy”

“Fill in bike insurer asked details as me needs demand.. and after get insured cancelled without warning because insurer says they don't take responsibility for bike insurer mistakes”

“purchased policy and had to chase for documents for over 8 weeks, they have now issued proceedings as i cancelled within 14 days of receiving the documents due to excessive charges, mediation setup with court and they didnt call in so i lose a days pay also now to defend. DO NOT USE THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON”
