“Don't ever use them, thought I was sent a renewal notice with my current insurer but turned out to be with another insurer which then presented me with a load of phone calls and hassle to sort out, simply because the bike insurer sent a miss-leading e-mail using my details of 2 years ago say my insurance was due for renewal.”

“I had online quote for my bike. At the end of the quote i was asked if i want to be contacted i pressed on no and guess what. My phone doesn't stop ringing . Worst online quote web . Never recommend”

“bike insure gave me a renewal at circa £8k, i finally got it for £132.00!!!! christ knows what they thought they were playing at. maybe just trying to rip me off at renewal????”

“I would not even give them 1 star. After selecting a policy and paying in full I heard nothing from the underwriter with my new policy details. I emailed Bike Insurer customer services 4 times over 2 weeks, after no reply I called their sales team who logged my complaint and gave me the direct number for my underwriter. I still have had no reply from Bike Insuer customer services after 5 weeks and then they send me this satisfaction survey!!!!! Totaly dissatisfied and will not be using them again.”

“kept going on and off hold to speak to someone else and eventually told that they or no one else insures this type of vehicle .... they didnt even take the Reg number and ive had quotes elsewhere??? Doesnt seem legit”

“I used this website to compare bike insurers. There were plenty to chose from but I had no luck trying to purchase insurance online so I called The Bike Insurer direct. The woman I spoke to took my details and gave a quote. When she put me through direct to the insurer, apparently she hadn't transferred my details over and so I lost out on a decent quote. I feel robbed and a little disgusted.”
