I feel that I am unfairly treated. My partner has a two wheeled motorbike and can get fully comp or 3rd party, fire and theft. Because I have a quad I can only get 3rd party yet the two bikes are parked side-by-side outside the house. I would say that the staff have been helpful though.

This organisation does not tell you who they really are or the fact that all your quotes and calls go through to the equally corrupt Adrian S Flux. This is mis-selling, it is a complete waste of your time and money. The FCA have been informed. Do Not use The Bike Insurer or any of its other shady derivatives.

Avoid giving your number to these clowns. New number, get a quote on here, low and behold inundated with personal injury sales calls etc. These guys give your number to the worst of the worst, that seem to ignore that I am TPS registered. AVOID! Use compare the market instead.

Unhelpful website. Quotes given never able to be completed online and needed a phone call to insurer. Phone numbers to call always very expensive premium rate numbers and numbers given often not corresponding to correct insurance company so many calls had to be made. Also suspect some of the cheaper insurers they advertise to be charlatans. Will not be using again.

Very disappointed, the website says they can quote you a temporary bike insurance. No where does it say you do not quote those with London postcodes. Or those with London addresses. I called up and asked for a quote and was told the supplier does not quote those that live in London. Extremely disappointed would not recommend anyone who lives in London to waste there time, I was also given no reason why, should have stated the discrimination on the website wouldn't have bothered wasting my time.

you want to do something about your call center as i never got an answer after trying several times once for 35min to be told im in a queue it is dear phone calls 11.97 to never get a reply after sales is a complete disaster .

the insurance company just motorcycle insurance are the worst company I have dealt with , they cancelled my insurance because they said I had an accident in 2012 and I never told them about it . I called them and explained that I have not had an accident but they did not believe me and cancelled it . I phone my old insurance company BUGET VAN INSURANCE and they told me that in 2012 I claimed for a new windscreen and this is the reason JUST MOTORCYCLE cancelled my insurance keeping half my money , I did not think a claim for a new windscreen affected your no claims policy , I would never recommend this company and I feel that I have been let down and conned out of my money , would love to have a response from you , DENE IANSON

I was angry with the bike insurer as they emailed me to tell me my bike insurance was due on the 1st may. I renewed with the cheapest quote who happened to be my current insurer. I was then told a month later by my insurer it was due on the 14th april. When I called to query this I was told I had two insurances going and had to cancel them and get a new quote. It ended up costing me twice ss much ss it had originally. Christ knows where the bike insurer got the info that my insurance was due in march. They cost me nearly £130 extra. In future I will check my records myself. They got this all wrong.

with talking with the young girl over the phone ,she had an attitude of not liking her job and not wanting to do her job ,at the time i should have put the phone down and got my insurance elsewhere,will not be re-insuring with them next year very poor customer relations,i would say the worst experiance i have ever come accross,never,never,never again

I reveived a price from the site based on the questions asked which I answered to the best of my ability and honestly. When I decided to act on this the insurance company asked me further questions, which had not been asked and some new questions which totally changed (increased) the price and terms of my quote. I subesquently therefore asked to change the basis of the quote, which apparantly increases the risk so pushed up the price further. The insurance company told me that the reason for all of this issue was that I had used a comparison site which dont ask the right questions, or dont ask for adequate information and this hppens all the time. The result is as soon as you go int detail with the insurer this changes the quote, so based on this if you then make changes the quote goes up even higher. It was explained to me that this is what will happen using a comparison engine like yours as their is a major disconnect with you site and the insurer. So a disgraceful appfroach by both sides of this. I am happy to supply more detail if you require or you may find it of interest to listen to my call with the insurer. I will do all in my power as a social media user to make sure others dont get trappedand conned in the same way.
