“Misleading with regards to claims. Only mentions claims to do with bikes as opposed to claims whichay of occurred in a car. Resulting in unexpected additional costs once the premium has been purchased. Insured with the bikesure and they then charged yet another additional premium as a result of this misconception.”

“Lots of hidden charges etc so the quote you get is not te price you pay. And if you do not fit into the answer box youve no way of telling them your own opiion etc”

“Got a comparison quote from Mce charged me twice for the same policy the cost me £26 in phone calls to resolve the issue when this was suppose to be a free phone number No one ever said sorry No one to help me at comparison would not use again”

“My partner has used bike insurer before but unfortunately they are using brokers that are not reputable and are trying to charge you extra than what is being quoted and then not wanting to return your money. Whilst I did contact bike insurer to pass on my concerns they basically told me that they would pass it on to someone and there is nothing they can do, even though I told them that there are many posts online about how bad this broker is and how they are trying to extract extra money from people after quoting one price online.”

“You continually chased me with wrong information about the expiry date of my son's previous bike policy. Which concluded with the fact that whilst on holiday, I received a communication stating that the policy had expired three days previous. In a panic, thinking that my son was riding a bike without cover, I incorrectly took out a new policy a month before the old policy actually ran out !! Not happy”
