“Decent prices Difficult to contact Cost me money to cancel a 2 day old policy Doubt I’ll use again but who knows money talks bull***t walks”

“Choosing an insurance company was easy, but the company I chose made a typo error with the bike's registration number. When they discovered THEIR mistake, they wanted to cancel my policy, BUT were happy to correct their mistake if I paid another seventy quid to cover the cost of their administration, etc. I just hope they are as good at paying out (if needed) as they are at taking it.... Jokers.”

As a price comparison website, The Bike Insurer doesn’t issue policy documents. These are sent directly by the insurer or broker you purchased your policy from, either by email or post depending on their process and your chosen preferences. We appreciate this can be frustrating, especially if you were expecting paperwork, but this would need to be followed up with your provider directly. If you’re unsure who that is, we’re happy to help point you in the right direction. Just get in touch at the contact details on our webste.

“The insurance seems OK, reaonable cost, BUT, did it through a top Cashback site, & they refused to pay me cashback!!!! 😡”

“You have great difficulty assessing how good an Insurer is unless you ever have a claim.All you can go on is the initial price when first taking out a policy to see how competitive it is against similar policies, and then whether it is substantially hiked in price at renewal. Unfortunately in this case the renewal quote was way out of line with many other companies which is why I declined to renew. If Insurance companies rewarded loyalty, instead of boosting renewal prices the majority of customers would automatically renew....in this case I just moved on for a far more competative price!”

“Good but. Very difficult to find your previous quotes. Once you managed to find the right area you have to use a previous quote ref no, + postcode + email. All far to difficult. Why can't you just log on with email and password?”

“Let's face it keeping insurance price fair is key .NOW with algorthams it should be government legislation the insurance company's laying off staff using online quotes and then payment with human intervention should bring the cost down on so many things billions spent on wind farms solar panels scratch across the country yet cost of electric is absurd so we know we are being fucked over to put it elequntly by the government all governments the march to London I didant go but is anger frustration on many shared iteration not just migration the cost of living .and there aren't enough slices of the cake for all utilities bills food . Cost of being locked into the matrix is this phone your pestering me on feels like an invasion of privacy and there will be a huge kick back .stop blaming uninsured drives as the excuse to raise cost .they account for a miniscule there are more aggressive bad dangarous drives who believe because they pay insurance are actuly wreckless . Yet you increase their premium and allow them to continue driving I would want someone on the road because they paid thousands after being arrested going to prison after dangours driving it shows above all your interested in money over safety when is a person deemed a danger on the road at what point do you say no amount of money ever taken Torres the Manchester city football player crashes a million pound car band from driving then again driving whilst disquillifued it's auto prison oh no not a football player he cannot go to prison he's to valuable .I watch daily bad drivers I've had almost 45 years with an incident or accident . I don't see how my no claims bonus is calculated as fair . You should be paying me to advertise I'm an asset to any insurance I don't use a car as an extension to my sad little ego as many do.comingvto almost 63 driving the roads are so signed you need to stop to make decisions and you see people stopping in situation because there is such an amount of information coming at drivers who are terried to go into a Nike bus lane etc it's creating imore issues .I was a courier in the early 80s many motorcycle deaths due to not understanding traffic flow in the city as lots of kids rushed to get courier jobs from the home county's in ondon boom time the fax machine put anend to a vast amount of courier motorcycle jobs because letters were no longer sent by courier”

“Got the quote through Topcashback. Good price especially with cashbank. HOWEVER, Bike Insurer is denying that I got a policy from them for my cashback despite having the written policy etc. Topcashback having to chase them!!!!!!!”

“Bought policy on go compare site paid it up front, now I was already insured with a previous bike same circumstances....Amazing I then received an email a week later regarding my new bike policy informing me to contact the Bike sure ASAP as they needed more information...Contacted Bike sure who transferred me to another department to then have a difficult conversation regarding my bike overnight parking, yes the alleged underwriters wanted £150 to proceed with my already paid in full policy.....Incredible my other motorcycle was insured with same address details with no issues if I wanted to reinsure it...Refused to pay addition£150 and they pursued me to park in my shed for £40 more...Dreadful won't be doing business next policy renewal with Bike sure...”

“The quote I did for the young riders insurance wasn’t great as they couldn’t offer me a quote. Only reason I put 3 stars is because in the past I’ve had decent quotes from them just a bit gutting that they’ve suddenly stopped giving me quotes at all.”
