“I am not happy with you, I paid 155 pounds for 2 days and I cancelled the insurance and I have not received any money back...”

Hi Tudor, thanks for your review. The Bike Insurer is not Carole Nash and we don't charge you to use our website when you get quotes from us. If you have cancelled your policy with Carole Nash then you need to contact them directly about your refund. If we can help further, then contact us at customer.services@vastvisibility.co.uk

“Got told I couldn’t get a better offer on my insurance so went ahead with it had look online found it massively cheaper. So sorted the much cheaper one out. To find out it was same company you guys then charge me £60 to cancel old one. Taking money off people for no reason so don’t sen me a message saying your trying to save me money because your not you have robbed me. Disgusting”

Hi Gareth. Sorry to hear you're not happy. However, The Bike Insurer doesn't issue its own insurance policies, we just show you quotes and prices from insurance brokers. To be clear, The Bike Insurer hasn't charged you £60, this would be a cancellation fee charged by the insurer that you initially chose to purchase the insurance from.

“Saved £200 on my bike insurance renewal. And this was with the same company I was with !! So cancelled the renewal, and started the new one with one phone call. Than you !”

“With my motorbike insurance renewal date fast approaching I noticed that I haddent recieved the usual "your renewal date is nearly here, if you wish to cancel your policy then contact us on,,,,,,,, if not then your renewal be automaticaly commence", so I phoned the company up, and they told me that my policy wasn't going to happen, why? I asked them, "Oh, it doesn't say", finishing with "is there anything else I can help you with today?", So I tried several companies i'd heard about, no joy, typed "go compare" into the laptop and 10 minutes later, all sorted, cheeper than the last company and no ridiculous questions to answer.”

“I’d like to speak to someone please as I was left last week when my bike broke down I was told when I got dropped off at sevises I wouldn’t be waiting long and yet I was on my own from before 11pm at night till 7.30am next day on my own very scared and upset”
