“Policy was fine until attempting to cancel the policy due to sale of the bike. Then it took a lot of going back and forth to get them to actually cancel it and this was then followed by a ridiculously high final payment. I have no issue paying a cancellation fee but it’s everything else they try to throw in. Legal advice being sought”

“Poor system. Details can't be changed easily? Driving date passed? Couldn't change at all before purchasing. Not a sinple process.. Had no option other than to pay. For the insurance then ring up and change. Costing more... What else is the issue. They are now tracking every search you even put in. Then the insurer questions you about your searches... which interrogation doesn't start a relationship very well.... if I want to ride my bike to work or not depends on the price... so if it's reasonable il insure to ride to work. If not. It will be used as a toy. I pay to insure my vehicle. That is your job Not to interigate.”
