“Customer service was good and helpful, but their price beat guarantee was a lie. I checked a few websites and got a quote from CompareTheMarket which was coming cheaper than The Bike Insurer - called up and spent over an hour on hold/talking with the rep who was polite but at the end of it all, they said sorry, we can't beat that price. Despite it being plastered all over their website as a 'promise' and a guarantee. Feel very much misled and a waster of my time. No issue with the person on the phone who was great, but you can't 'guarantee' something and then not deliver. Very disappointed.”
