I asked for a third part fire and theft multibike policy and received a call back offering a comprehensive policy. I explained that that was not what I wanted and was promised a further call back which never happened. I complained by email without reply. I finally phoned them to be told that they could not offer a third party fire and theft policy in this case. Why not say so in reply to my email ? I was told by phone that complaints have to be sent by postal letter which is an absurd and unnecessary waste of time. Very poor service.
