I have had insurance with Bikesure in the past and said i wouldn't buy from them again due to their underhand charges, such as policy change fees and a policy i bought for £200 but had to cancel shortly afterward but never received a refund. I bought this policy from MCN and paid extra to avoid Bikesure, I did not realise MCN and bikesure are the same company, if I knew it was Bikesure I would not have purchased it and due to Bikesures awful customer services I could not cancel the policy wothout losing my premium. I will not be using The Bike Insurer again for this reason.
