purchased policy and had to chase for documents for over 8 weeks, they have now issued proceedings as i cancelled within 14 days of receiving the documents due to excessive charges, mediation setup with court and they didnt call in so i lose a days pay also now to defend. DO NOT USE THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON
