“I went to look for mattress at the Bed and Mattress Centre on recommendation from friends who have purchased mattresses from there before. When I went there, the customer service I received from everyone including the delivery men was excellent. All the staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and advised me which mattress is best for me. I purchased the lovely mattress and I am very happy. I highly recommend this company. Thank you to all the staff at the Bed and Mattress Centre Kind regards,”

“Couldn’t recommend it more highly, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. We only popped in to look and bought a bed and mattress! They sell you what’s right for you, not what’s most expensive. Delivery and installation was faultless too. Loving our new bed.”

“True customer service. I visited to ask for help on a bed that had not been reassembled very well by the removal company after I moved. Although the bed was not purchased from this company, the team came out very promptly to put things right. They also quickly followed up with a cost effective solution for a damaged part (which did not involve a store purchase). Because of this kindness, my next bed will certainly be from here.”

“A friendly service all round with a great product. At the store they let us explore in our own time, occasionally adding insight. A fast and prompt delivery of our mattress and the delivery men took it upstairs and unpacked it for me. The product itself is very comfortable. Would certainly recommend and use again.”

“I found the team really friendly and easy to work with. As others have said, not at all pushy but offered helpful advice. Plenty of choice on base and headboard upholstery options as well as different types and quality of mattress. Mine was made to order so I had to wait a few weeks but the delivery estimate was accurate and the delivery guys were great. I love my new bed and would certainly recommend shopping here.”

“Hi, I phoned on a Sunday morning as I needed a mattress urgently for a friend staying to decorate my empty flat. A suitable one was suggested and kindly delivered the same day on the gentleman’s way home. My friend was very grateful as the temporary inflatable mattress I had provided as an emergency for the first night was too narrow. Thank you, I would definitely come to your shop again.”

“I needed a mattress fairly quickly for guests and someone suggested the bed and mattress centre. I phoned in the morning to find out about availability and went for a look in the afternoon. The man in the shop remembered my phone call which I thought was good customer service to start with. I then looked at various mattresses and tried some out. He suggested one that I hadn’t noticed and said that it was very popular as an Airbnb mattress and was a good guest mattress as most people found it comfortable. I tried it out and was pleasantly surprised that memory foam toppers are much more comfortable than the mattress I tried when memory foam first came out. The mattress was delivered 10 days later and my guests loved it.”

“Hi, if your looking to buy a new bed and mattress look no further then this company. The customer service was brilliant, and they managed to give if a good deal on the two beds and mattresses that I’d ordered. The guys that delivered the beds had to assemble them being that they were ottoman bed’s they were friendly and very professional and happy in their work. So the whole experience was first class so if you want value for money and great customer service don’t hesitate to use this company they were recommended to me and I can understand why now 👍 Thanks guys Martin”

“I found the customer service to be top notch. We took almost 2 hours lying on various beds until we narrowed down what we wanted and felt comfortable and welcom the whole time. They have a price range for every pocket. The delivery was worked to my schedule and the guys doing the fitting were friendly and efficient. I would certainly recommend them to anyone for good service and good quality.”

“We found Matthew extremely helpful there was no hard sell!, we gave him our budget and what we liked in a bed and was showed which beds would be best for us and we ended up buying one of the beds Matthew showed us. great service would highly recommend!”
