“I purchased a firm mattress but after a few days realised it was not suitable for me. Matthew & the Team helped me to select a more suitable mattress which is perfect. They swapped the mattress the same day! Excellent service, very helpful & understanding. Thank you so much.”

“We were very pleased with how Matthew and Dominic at Bed and Mattress Centre looked after us. They provided two excellent mattresses that were just right our adjustable bed, and they were delivered and fitted, with old mattresses taken away, within two days of our visit to the showroom. This was our second purchase from this company, and we would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“We have bought several beds from this company over the years. Some castors got damaged in a move and I popped in to the shop to enquire about buying more. The gentleman, who I know has worked there for years, was very kind and helpful. He took my telephone number and a few days later contacted me to let me know he had some in stock. When I called to collect them he offered me a choice of two types of castors. He recommended the ones for wooden floors and gave them to me at no charge. Great after sales service. I would certainly recommend this company if you are looking for a new bed and want to support a reputable local company.”

“The customer service was honest, pleasant & professional. The price was extremely competitive compared to other competitors. Arranging delivery was easy & they ensured it was in sync with carpet being fitted first. The bed & mattress was delivered & fitted by literally the most polite, helpful & completely efficient, professional young men. Who went out of their way to ensure all went well. They deserve praise for a job well done.”
