We have bought several beds from this company over the years. Some castors got damaged in a move and I popped in to the shop to enquire about buying more. The gentleman, who I know has worked there for years, was very kind and helpful. He took my telephone number and a few days later contacted me to let me know he had some in stock. When I called to collect them he offered me a choice of two types of castors. He recommended the ones for wooden floors and gave them to me at no charge. Great after sales service. I would certainly recommend this company if you are looking for a new bed and want to support a reputable local company.
