I ordered a Smeg range cooker from Appliance Depot at an amazing saving of over £500 on the list price due to some damage that is basically invisible to the naked eye! The company promptly arranged delivery and the van turned up on the allotted day. Unfortunately the driver had had to take leave due to a family emergency so the person driving/delivering was the company's IT guy. I must say I was really impressed by a firm where the employees are so flexible and versatile and determined not to let customers down. This man did his utmost to get the cooker into our house, even waiting while our builder had to take the front door off to make room. I really can't thank him enough for his help, patience and forbearance. I will definitely be using Appliance Depot for future purchases and recommending it to others. The majority of the items have damage in places you'll never see - the back, the sides - and you still have the normal one year guarantee, plus enormous savings on branded goods. What's not to like?
