“I bought a discounted fridge with dents but sold as in working order. When it did not arrive I was told that it had fallen over and it could not be sold to me but they had a different model so I went for that. It arrived but without all the filters and pipes and it did not work. Called the brand engineer out to fix who said it had been tampered with and re-gassed and could not be repaired and was not covered by the manufacturers guarantee as promised. We called alliance depot, they said they'd ring back but didn't, we called again and again the didn't ring back when they said they would but the third time we got through to the right person and they refunded us in full within minutes. I spent £50 buying a load of pipes and filters I can't use and I will have to pay to dispose of their junk fridge. Broken heated and broke.”

“We were looking for a direct replacement for a Neff built in microwave. The Appliance Depot was the only supplier that our search returned. The staff were very efficient and helpful, holding the appliance until we could collect it and giving directions when we had difficulty locating them. The microwave has been fitted into the cabinet and is working perfectly. Many thanks for excellent service.”

“Having bought Several items over the years, we highly recommend the Appliance depot for service and price. Our recent purchase was a Siemens washing machine, which was a lot cheaper than bought from Currys etc. Shaun Phillips”

“From start to finish john at the appliance depot was friendly and professional. He was Extremely helpful and knowledgeable when answering all my questions on the phone. The delivery arrived on the day specified and the delivery company gave me a call an hour before the delivery was due. The fridge was very well packed and was exactly as described. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my fridge and would definitely purchase from the appliance depot again.”
