“Ordered a Smeg dual sink stainless steel, ordering went smooth, communication from the company at every step went above and beyond calling to arrange delivery and backing it up with emails, then follow up emails to say what drop we'd be, then a call on the day from the driver saying how far away he was and ETA. Item was well packaged and no damage to the box. Then a follow up call as I wasn't there letting me know it was left in the allocated space. Will definitely be using this company again as for me customer service what matters and they seem to have it spot on, in this world of today it's very rare Thank you. 🙂”

“Wow! I bought a graded fridge freezer with slight dents for a really good price. I expected that, for the price, the dents would be very obvious. When it arrived the 'slight dents' were hardly visible! Lovely clear communications about delivery and a very helpful, friendly delivery driver. Would I buy from The Appliance Depot again? Too right I would!!!”

“I purchased a new appliance from the appliance depot. Online ordering was easy and the team where very helpful to schedule a quick and convenient delivery time. The delivery driver called ahead of time and brought my appliance into the kitchen, even unpacking it to ensure it was undamaged. Really good service and great prices.”

“We bought a CDA Fridge Freezer, price a lot lower than elsewhere. Driver phoned before delivering, very helpfully put it inside the hall and waited whilst we checked for any damage (his suggestion). There was none. Will use this company again if we need anything else.”

“Brilliant. After spending a week arguing with Currys customer services after a damaged delivery and getting nowhere i contacted these amazing people. Within ten mins was in the warehouse, another ten buying my items and huge discount and half an hour later they were delivered to my house! Love them. If you're wondering..do it!! Use them. You won't regret it.”

“This is my second purchase from the Appliance Depot and in both instances I have been very happy with product, communication and delivery. The items have been clearly shown in the related photographs shown on the website and the company staff have given excellent communication. Delivery was fast with the driver phoning 30 minutes before his arrival; the delivery vehicle was fitted with a tail lift and the driver could not have been more helpful. This may seem like gushing praise, but I really couldn’t be more satisfied.”

“I ordered a fridge from The Appliance Depot and thought we would have difficulty with delivery as we can only accept up until 2 pm. The driver call at around 2 pm and said he would be later. As it was we could take the fridge and after speaking to Anna she sorted this out for us. Anna certainly is very good at her job and I would definitely recommend her.”

“Laura was really helpful despite me getting the fridge dimensions wrong twice. Extremely professional and certainly patient Call pick up each time was almost instant, a refreshing change nowadays. Would definitely use Appliance Depot again. Having previously used Marks Electrical who are the exact opposite with appalling services. Well done AD.”
