“Good experience getting a dishwasher here. Personal Comms, nice delivery driver, had me check the appliance and reminded me about warranty info. We are still connecting everything up so can't comment on the actual appliance yet but it looks great and had a really good experience with the company.”

“Great deals and easy delivery. I had one fridge which arrived and wasn't working and it was replaced within a week. Super friendly staff and delivery people - would 100% recommend purchasing from here Note one thing that is slightly annoying is that that you cannot use two discount codes so if you please a bid on a sale item you wont be able to apply discount codes that are currently live.”

“Ordered a Smeg dual sink stainless steel, ordering went smooth, communication from the company at every step went above and beyond calling to arrange delivery and backing it up with emails, then follow up emails to say what drop we'd be, then a call on the day from the driver saying how far away he was and ETA. Item was well packaged and no damage to the box. Then a follow up call as I wasn't there letting me know it was left in the allocated space. Will definitely be using this company again as for me customer service what matters and they seem to have it spot on, in this world of today it's very rare Thank you. 🙂”

“Wow! I bought a graded fridge freezer with slight dents for a really good price. I expected that, for the price, the dents would be very obvious. When it arrived the 'slight dents' were hardly visible! Lovely clear communications about delivery and a very helpful, friendly delivery driver. Would I buy from The Appliance Depot again? Too right I would!!!”

“I purchased a new appliance from the appliance depot. Online ordering was easy and the team where very helpful to schedule a quick and convenient delivery time. The delivery driver called ahead of time and brought my appliance into the kitchen, even unpacking it to ensure it was undamaged. Really good service and great prices.”
