“The experience from order through to delivery was very smooth. Updates were given on delivery times. All staff we had dealings were friendly and very professional. I would certainly use this company again.”

“Great customer service. I was given my delivery number the working day before delivery, together with approximate time. I was told the driver would telephone me half an hour before delivery. On delivery day, he called me as arranged and arrived right on time. Fast and efficient lift into position. The price was great too.”

“Tony, delivery driver was excellent 👍 got 30 mins notice, on a named day. Neff washer dryer arrived well packaged & all fitting pieces & instructions included. No damage noticed & We chose a local installer. Will use again in future.”

“A great value cooker. We had great communications from The Appliance Depot, our order was confirmed and a receipt issued by email. It was easy to arrange delivery on the phone which was also confirmed by email. The delivery driver sent us a text message telling us that he would be with us within half an hour. When he arrived (on time) he was very polite and helpful. We highly recommend this company for great value and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I ordered a Smeg range cooker from Appliance Depot at an amazing saving of over £500 on the list price due to some damage that is basically invisible to the naked eye! The company promptly arranged delivery and the van turned up on the allotted day. Unfortunately the driver had had to take leave due to a family emergency so the person driving/delivering was the company's IT guy. I must say I was really impressed by a firm where the employees are so flexible and versatile and determined not to let customers down. This man did his utmost to get the cooker into our house, even waiting while our builder had to take the front door off to make room. I really can't thank him enough for his help, patience and forbearance. I will definitely be using Appliance Depot for future purchases and recommending it to others. The majority of the items have damage in places you'll never see - the back, the sides - and you still have the normal one year guarantee, plus enormous savings on branded goods. What's not to like?”

“My Smeg built in fridge freezer was found to have multiple dents in the metalwork which must have happened before the polystyrene protection was applied. Not impressed with quality control.”

“Why do I need to have an account this appliance company before I can purchase an item? I find this strange. I only need to put an email, phone number & delivery address when I'm purchasing from elsewhere and pay.”

Hi Debbie, just to make you aware that you do not need to create an account on our website to place an order, many customers purchase from us without any such account. On the checkout there is a password box under the email but it does say OPTIONAL therefore you can provide a password which will create an account or just leave it blank and you can simply checkout as a guest. “It was simple to order on line. You had a wide range of products to choose from. I was kept updated about the delivery and the driver was really helpful in pre contacting us so we ere there to meet them. I would highly recommend. Bonus great saving!”
