“Smeg range cooker shipped on time with excellent communications. Just as described with light dents as advertised. Unfortunately a number of components required to install it were missing however which has left me without a cooker for a few days - telephone calls are answered promptly but it is taking some time to get the missing parts.”

“Haven’t actually installed our purchases yet but have been very impressed with their customer service so far. Very helpfully combined deliveries of two separate orders. Confirmed delivery details by phone and email. One item was damaged but it’s not often that you send an email to a company and they respond with a phone call within a couple of hours to resolve the issue.”

“I recently bought a cooker from these guys. It was as at a great price and I knew the make, as I was replacing the same make cooker after 20 good years with it. The website was easy to use, extremely compact and told you exactly what you needed to know. I booked a specific delivery, and got a speedy response to confirm it. It arrived today. The driver called me prior to delivery, as promised. On arrival he got the large cooker into my house (only a few steps to navigate). He couldn’t have been more accommodating. I heartily recommend this company.”

“I had read quite a few reviews online and it was very mixed all of the negative comments seem to of been from rude customers or people who didn’t read that they sell items with dents etc so I decided to take the plunge and hope for the best! Financially I’m not in the position to be buying a brand new dryer as I’m on maternity leave and as it’s going in the garage a few dents doesn’t mater… I brought a slightly used one and when it came it was in far better condition than I thought it would be and couldn’t believe I got it for the price. Unfortunately when I tried it out it didn’t work and never removed the water from the clothes. After the reviews I read I was dreading the phone call incase they refused to help. Anna was excellent she was so helpful and as it was the weekend said she would call with an update on Monday when the managers were in. I managed to get another one the same make and of similar condition sent out. The next time a van was in my area was in 12 days but I really needed the dryer for babies clothes. Anna managed to get a driver out to me today to do the exchange. I have just finished my washing load and it works and the clothes feel lovely and soft 🥰! So glad I ignored the negative comments. Just goes to show the company are great with issues if spoken to in a suitable manor. I am now very happy with my new dryer and the savings I have made on it compared to buying it new!!”

“Ordered an extractor fan that could not be fitted due to a kitchen designer error. Cancelled order prior to item leaving premises and refund for appliance very quickly sorted. Excellent customer service and apologies again for the messing around, which was nothing to do with Appliance depot - but your assistance in sorting the problem is very much appreciated.”

“Phoned up over a item gave them hem my code and asked if the one that they was listing was the same I was told yes drove 80 miles there and 80 miles back opened it up the following morning only to find out that it was not correct our was the same code except ours had /03 at the end compared but again was to,d it was the same looks like been hard work getting it returned”

“We spoke to Polly and within few minutes, she went through the details of the washing machine we wished to purchase. Also agreed to a convenient delivery date which is a big help for us. Excellent and efficient service provided by Polly. Certainly an asset to the company.”
