“Had a great experience using these guys. Very polite and easy to deal with. The delivery guy was very helpful and made sure the cooker was carefully put in place. I would definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them.”

“Always my go to place for any kitchen appliances. They have amazing range of stuff, which if you want you can visit but their online descriptions are very good and lots of the stuff is boxed and perfect - and still at an unbeatable price. We all like a bargain, but the service is great too - very honest about any marks on their 'seconds' goods and if theres a problem later on, they fuly support their guarantees, no fobbing off. Have bought loads here, they have masses of Smeg stuff but other makes too, so if you have to replace a kitchen appliance and its an odd size, try them first.”

“Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me choose the right appliance without any pressure. Prices were very competitive, delivery was quick, and everything arrived exactly as described. It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that still values proper customer service.
