“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Dreadful customer service. Their driver arrived at my property at 5:35am and caused significant damage to my property in his vehicle, which I witnessed and took photographic evidence of immediately. I spoke to their team, who were at first very helpful, but when it came to rectifying the issue, they refused. Their driver Ben denied all knowledge and would not accept responsibility and their manager Steve has refused to accept responsibility despite the overwhelming evidence. Having been a regular customer, I will not be shopping here again and have shared this very poor experience with others.”

“Be careful if you buy from the Appliance Depot as I brought a range cooker from them. They clearly do not check the appliances work before they send them out, as the one I received, the left hand oven didn’t work at all and the oven lights will not go out on the other oven. Leaving us with no cooker for Christmas. They simply have passed the buck to a third party to try to sort out the problems. Not happy at all.”
