Service was very good. All of my queries were answered promptly and fully and I received documents in the estimated time. As a point to improve I would have liked to have been kept fully updated as to the process ie when my document was sent to the embassy, when it had been dispatched etc. I can understand that this would increase workload but as I had sent documents from abroad I was always anxious about the the progress. Additionally, I would have liked to have been on touch with 1 person throughout so whenever I had a query it went to the same person who knew the history of what I was waiting for. Many thanks for a very smooth and efficient service. I would definitely recommend and use again.
