I received my documents back yesterday after a total of 6 weeks. This was far longer than I had anticipated especially as I was told it would take 7-10 days. Nevertheless they have returned and I can now send them onto the school in UAE. Communication was good when I emailed to ask where the documents were and they explained the reasons for the delays (not apostille.org fault). Maybe it would be good to have a more realistic time frame shown as I wouldn't mind waiting if the 6 weeks if told this. Also just a suggestion to maybe email the tracking number for the return of the document. Overall though I am happy with the service and thank you for all the help.
