“Curtain fabric arrived within 48 hours of order being placed. Unfortunately on measuring out the fabric I noticed a flaw. I emailed Textile Express to explain the problem and attached a few pictures. Within 24 hours I had a reply explaining how I could proceed. I really liked the material so chose to have it replaced and return the imperfect fabric. I was given a choice of delivery days from which to choose which one best suited my schedule. The delivery company arrived with the replacement fabric and the paperwork to attach to the fabric being returned. The entire process couldn't have been made any easier and Textile Express went out of their way to ensure I wasn't inconvenienced. On unwrapping the replacement fabric I noticed that they had added an extra metre or two to ensure I had sufficient material. From beginning to end the service I received was superb and was made even better by the supremely professional and high level of customer care throughout the replacement and exchange process.”

“This wonderful shop has a fantastic range of fabrics for every use - a real treasure trove! I have just bought some very beautiful Damask curtain fabric with all necessary linings, header tape etc. and can't wait to get going on making them. Communications, both by email and telephone prior to purchase were helpful and friendly and fabric samples were despatched quickly and without fuss or pressure. I would definitely recommend this family-owned Emporium.”
