“The course was overall very well structured, but at times I felt that some exercises could have benefited from clearer and more detailed explanations. I also believe it would be helpful to provide guidance on how to create lesson sequences that include multiple lesson plans for each level. This way, teachers know exactly where to begin and how to progress with each student. Finally, it would be a great addition to include a PDF syllabus summarizing everything covered in the course, along with more supplementary resources.”

“Overall, a fantastic set of courses, although the order in which some assignments are presented is a little weird. I think it would be more important to go over the concepts that will be frequent. Here, the past, present, and future tenses are constantly used early on, but you don't actually get a definition or example of them until way later on, which could be very confusing and problematic if someone tries to follow a similar structure in their own lessons, they may confuse their students.”

“Just completed the 120-hour TEFL course and I'm so glad that I made the decision to get this training! Not only do I feel well prepared to look for an English teaching job, but I am really impressed by the TEFL.org programme. The modules are well structured, diverse, rich in content, practical and useful. The homework assignments test what you've learned and put it into practice. You get a tutor that you can reach out to, who grades your homework within 48 hours, and even gives additional feedback and suggestions. “I really enjoyed completing the 120 hour TEFL course, it was well-structured and engaging from start to finish. I learned a lot about lesson planning, classroom management, tailoring lessons to suit different types of learners, and effective teaching techniques. The length of the course was just right, providing a good balance of theory and practical application without feeling rushed. The assignments were fun and very informative, allowing me to put what I learned into practice. I especially appreciated the quizzes, which were a great way to check my understanding as I progressed. The feedback on my assignments was clear, constructive, and returned quickly, which really helped me improve and will be invaluable for planning future lessons. “Overall, I found the 120-hour TEFL course to be a highly valuable and comprehensive introduction to teaching English as a foreign language. The course covered essential areas such as grammar, lesson planning, classroom management, and skills-based instruction (reading, writing, speaking, and listening). The material was well-structured and easy to follow, with clear examples and practice activities that helped reinforce learning. I particularly appreciated the focus on practical teaching strategies, such as the PPP (Presentation, Practice, Production) model, which made it easier to plan real lessons. The inclusion of concept checking questions (CCQs), pronunciation tips, and error correction techniques gave me a solid foundation for managing student understanding in the classroom. One suggestion for improvement would be to include more interactive content or videos of real classroom teaching, especially for those with no prior teaching experience. A short module on teaching students with special educational needs or neurodiversity could also be a great addition. Overall, I feel much more confident and prepared to begin teaching English, whether online or in a classroom setting. I would recommend this course to anyone starting out in TEFL.”

“It’s a great course and international recognised organisation. I got a wonderful time after my university degree many years ago. This certificate will get you a visa entrance to the country you wish you come to teach English even. The 120-hour course is perfectly prepared the methods and skills how to teach English even you come from a native English language speaking country.”
