“Beautiful scarves, and wonderful colours. Sadly let down by very ordinary customer service. On ordering I realised the postal address format had been adjusted by Shopify and was now incorrect. I immediately emailed the team — no more than ten minutes after my order — asking them to correct. A whole day later the order was sent and I received an email from Tara saying it couldn’t be changed as I’d already placed my order. Surely they could’ve changed the order after it was placed, unless they’d completely outsourced the whole process (ie. basically a drop shipper). Not hugely impressive for a shop claiming to be boutique and high quality. If you’re truly a boutique shop you should offer better customer service.”

Hi Alex, Apologies we were unable to change the address on your order. Like mentioned on our website - order amendments are likely not possible as our warehouse team do work extremely fast, however we do try our best to make these changes when possible. Unfortunately your order had already been in our system for a hour before we were notified the address was incorrect by yourself. We can see your order was shipped early the following morning from when your order was placed and our team emailed the courier immediately upon finding the shipping address was incorrect. Our team appreciate your feedback and understand it can cause delays when changes such as these are not able to be made. However our Customer experience team is very small and sometimes are unable to get back in touch as quickly as we would like.

“I ordered dog blankets for two new additions to our family, and am delighted with my purchases. The blankets are soft, snuggly and beautifully made. They are washable - essential for the purpose, and of a generous size. They arrived very promptly and very well packaged.”

“Such good quality! I love my jammies , they are so comfy and the colours are amazing! They run a bit oversized though so probably I should have picked an xs rather than a small. I am a size 8 usually. I would highly recommend!”

“Gorgeous print, fantastic material - thick and soft. However sizing is small. I am always an XL and the pants are a bit snug, the top won’t button over my butt. There is no stretch in the material - not a bad thing but due to how small it runs it’s not ideal.”

“I love my red triangular scarf - the colour is beautiful but it’s expensive for what it is. It’s not all that big and, in my view, could have been a little larger. One other thing: the tbco label sewn on is huge and sticks out in a really noticeable way. It’s difficult to remove, too, without damaging the scarf. I get that you need a label to advertise yourselves but this verging on the absurd! You’ve also initialled the scarf with your logo in the same colour but I don’t mind that so much as it’s discreet.”

Hi Julia, Thank you for your feedback! Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the care label. We do attach these to all out products to ensure that customers have the correct care instructions. You should we able to easily remove the stitches keeping this attached to the scarf with a seam riper/ un-picker. There is also a dotted line where we recommend cutting the label, as we agree this is a chunky label to be wearing on your scarf! Warmly, Team TBCo

“I've always loved TBCo's products, but I'm here to write a review of the excellent customer service. I purchsed a gift that had a shipping issue (unrelated to TBCo) and ended up popping into the store to get help. The staff went above and beyond - kind, helpful, and friendly - to resolve the issue quickly and painlessly. I love TBCo for beautiful and high quality blankets and scarves, and have gotten many gifts here. Will continue to do so now - especially given the service!”
