“I've always loved TBCo's products, but I'm here to write a review of the excellent customer service. I purchsed a gift that had a shipping issue (unrelated to TBCo) and ended up popping into the store to get help. The staff went above and beyond - kind, helpful, and friendly - to resolve the issue quickly and painlessly. I love TBCo for beautiful and high quality blankets and scarves, and have gotten many gifts here. Will continue to do so now - especially given the service!”

“I am obsessed with TBCO! I have gifted myself (many!), and love selecting the perfect blankets for family and friends. Customer service is top notch. Packing is lovely and a bonus. “I have bought my lambswool blanket, recycled wool scarf and a couple of baby blankets for my nephews and few blankets as presents for the family from TBCo, and I absolutely love their products. The scarves and blankets are so cosy and stylish. The baby blankets are very soft and I love the Scottish design. Amazingly quick delivery and super quality .
