I placed my order on October 10th which was supposed to arrive by October 15th but I still haven’t received anything . On October 20th , I even got an email asking me to review the product — even though it hasn’t arrived . I reached out to customer service and explained that I was flying back to Asia soon. They initially agreed via WhatsApp to send a replacement order to my address in Asia and asked for the details , which I provided right away . After that , I didn’t hear anything back . Later , I noticed they had actually replied by email , saying they could only deliver to a UK address and that since they missed the next-day delivery window , they’d have to issue a refund only once Evri provided an update on the original parcel . I followed up again and asked if they could send it next-day delivery to my UK address instead (on the 24th), but I’ve been ignored since then . Overall , it’s been a really disappointing experience , poor communication and no resolution even after follow-ups . I genuinely like Tbco’s products and really wanted a piece from them , but this whole process has been frustrating and upsetting :(

This scarf looks better as wall art. When folded you lose all but the orange color-disappointing in general though the shade of orange is quite nice.

Sorry to hear the colours don't all show when folded. Hope you still love it, we also accept returns up to 30 days after you have received your order, if it is not quite right.

The fit of the top is a swing and a miss for me. Too boxy and narrow at the same time. Collar is suffocating. Not relaxing. The bottoms are fine.

The scarf I got was great quality, but the pictures on the website were not true to what the product was. The colors were way off.

Lovely and soft but wayyy to big. I ordered the size 4-7 and im a size 5.5. These get pulled off with the slightest movement in bed.

I purchased two of the recycled wool blankets. They are beautiful and fairly soft so I am overall happy with them, but they are thinner than I would have anticipated and likewise not very warm.

Overall 3*** bc Products beautiful. Delivery timely. 5***** 'importation supplemental fee'. 1* I expected to pay VAT but the fee was 2.5x as much. Sorry, but I will rely on horrible, unethical Amzn.co.uk where I don't have a surprise import fee.

The only time we would expect additional charges is when shipping to Canada or ROW such as Iceland, as we do not cover the duties and taxes. But all UK and EU orders, should not be expected to pay any additional costs outside the shipping fee. Returned the pyjamas unfortunately. They were a completely different colour in real life and the material was hard. Very disappointing, particularly given the price.

Hello you shipped with Fedex. They have very poor delivery service in my city. I have been home for w days waiting for mt package. I then receive and email telling me it was impossible to deliver my package to me. I still. Do not have my pillowcases. Well, they arrived today after I changed to a relay service. I will pick them up tomorrow. Its not the product, its the shipping.

I had lots of problems with my initial order which was a gift from my son . But it was dealt with efficiently and tactfully and having tried several options I finally had a pair of PJs that I love . It was fairly time consuming but didn’t cost any extra due to carriage returns being paid . The product is warm comfortable and of good quality . I think I was unlucky in my initial choices of sizes etc but I ended up very happy with my product and the service I had .

Beautiful scarves, and wonderful colours. Sadly let down by very ordinary customer service. On ordering I realised the postal address format had been adjusted by Shopify and was now incorrect. I immediately emailed the team — no more than ten minutes after my order — asking them to correct. A whole day later the order was sent and I received an email from Tara saying it couldn’t be changed as I’d already placed my order. Surely they could’ve changed the order after it was placed, unless they’d completely outsourced the whole process (ie. basically a drop shipper). Not hugely impressive for a shop claiming to be boutique and high quality. If you’re truly a boutique shop you should offer better customer service.

Hi Alex, Apologies we were unable to change the address on your order. Like mentioned on our website - order amendments are likely not possible as our warehouse team do work extremely fast, however we do try our best to make these changes when possible. Unfortunately your order had already been in our system for a hour before we were notified the address was incorrect by yourself. We can see your order was shipped early the following morning from when your order was placed and our team emailed the courier immediately upon finding the shipping address was incorrect. Our team appreciate your feedback and understand it can cause delays when changes such as these are not able to be made. However our Customer experience team is very small and sometimes are unable to get back in touch as quickly as we would like.

Gorgeous print, fantastic material - thick and soft. However sizing is small. I am always an XL and the pants are a bit snug, the top won’t button over my butt. There is no stretch in the material - not a bad thing but due to how small it runs it’s not ideal.

The material is high quality but low weight. I thought the wool would be thicker/heavier similar to Pendelton.

I am replacing a scarf gifted to me, but now lost. As soon as I saw and felt the new scarf, I realised the high quality of previous one was lacking in my new purchase!! I'm not impressed with the quality of new one. It feels thinner, lighter and the white labels cheapens it. Even the fringe is flimsy! I wanted to keep the labels on to remind me of quality, but these are going to have to come off!!

Nice quality scarf but the colours in the photo looked slightly different to what we got and doesn’t quite suit the person we bought it for in the end. We were a little disappointed but too much effort to exchange and pay for postage again etc.

I wouldn’t describe this scarf as oversized at all, it’s quite light in my opinion. But it is quite pretty.

Lovely product. The packaging was ridiculous. The company is eco friendly but if the postal vans have to carry many of those boxes they'll have to do 2 runs!! It was such a big box for a very small pair of gloves. Which are perfect.

I am very happy with the quality & size of the large pet blankets & my cats love them. However, the colour indicated in the photos are not always the same as the colour of the blanket when it arrives. I have had to return blankets as the colours were totally different but I had no trouble in having them replaced. It would have been nice if I had been offered a discount when I pointed this out to customer service but they never acknowledged the problem. Had they acknowledged the problem or apologised I would have given another star.
