I've always loved TBCo's products, but I'm here to write a review of the excellent customer service. I purchsed a gift that had a shipping issue (unrelated to TBCo) and ended up popping into the store to get help. The staff went above and beyond - kind, helpful, and friendly - to resolve the issue quickly and painlessly. I love TBCo for beautiful and high quality blankets and scarves, and have gotten many gifts here. Will continue to do so now - especially given the service!
