“The carer was very professional and offered a good service, which I would recommend. However, I have not given the company five stars as the website/app and booking system is confusing and hard to navigate.”

“Surprisingly easy to use, I found a great new walker for my dog Oakley! Good communication from Tailster when setting up the booking my only request would be some rules cancelling bookings or some T&C's, otherwise I am very happy!! Highly recommend the service!”

“Tailster has been invaluable to me as a working dog-mom. I have found really nice walkers who are reliable and clearly look after my dog, and it has made my life a lot easier. I do however recommend that Tailster look into improving their website. It is really not user-friendly and between myself and my carers we struggle to get to the right pages to find things. We will get unnecessary emails telling us to go check Tailster when we aren't required to actually do anything, but then at other times we don't receive an email that really should have been sent out to notify us of changes. I'd recommend hiring a design team for the website because other than that the service is great.”

“Very good, I signed up and wrote my profile and literally no more than 5 minutes later I had several quotes back. I found the perfect dog walking who was flexible around my time schedule. Great!!”

“Fantastic website; beautifully simple and fit for purpose. I like being able to track the distance and time walked by my doggie and having the peace of mind that my baby is insured and in good hands. =) Only negative is that the app is not yet fully developed or being used to its full potential”
